Shipping Policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times We currently ship within South Africa. Estimated delivery times are:
- Major centres (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 2–4 business days
- Outlying areas: 4–7 business days
Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping: [e.g. R100 flat rate]
- Free shipping on orders of R1250 and up
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
Delays While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to courier issues or public holidays. Byte & Bridle is not responsible for delays outside our control, but we'll always do our best to assist.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at byteandbridle@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the courier.
